Wide visa-free travel
Hong Kong, Singapore and much of Southeast Asia open to you without applying for a visa first.
I work one to one with families exploring a second citizenship. Clear guidance, a process you can follow, and my own WhatsApp number from the first question to the day the passport arrives.

I'm Tayyab Malik, an official advisor with Zam Zam Citizenship in Dubai. My job is to walk you through Vanuatu citizenship personally, answer every question honestly, and stay reachable from your first message to the day your passport is issued.
The person who answers your first WhatsApp message is the person who manages your file through to approval. There is no handover and no queue.
I work as an official advisor under Zam Zam Citizenship, a Dubai firm focused on second passports and global mobility. Their team handles the government-facing side of every application while I stay your single point of contact.
Eighty-three islands between Fiji and New Caledonia, an English- and French-speaking republic, and one of the few countries whose citizenship can be granted without you ever moving there.
Vanuatu's citizenship-by-investment route is built around speed and simplicity. These are the points that matter most to the families I work with.
Hong Kong, Singapore and much of Southeast Asia open to you without applying for a visa first.
Vanuatu levies no personal income tax, no capital gains tax and no inheritance tax.
A recognised citizenship-by-investment programme, usually completed inside 60 to 90 days.
A spouse and dependent children can be included on a single application.
The process is handled remotely. You never have to travel to Vanuatu or live there.
Citizenship carries forward to your children — long-term security, not just easier travel.
Whether a second passport is the right move for you at all — including when it isn't.
How Vanuatu sits against the other mobility programmes you may be weighing.
Structuring the application so your spouse and children are covered correctly.
One contact from the first consultation to the certificate and passport arriving.
We talk through your goals and whether Vanuatu is the right fit for your family.
Your profile is reviewed so the clearest route forward is confirmed before you commit.
I take you through exactly what is needed, one item at a time, until the file is complete.
The application is submitted and tracked through to your certificate and passport.
Nothing here is unusual, and none of it has to be ready before we speak. This is simply so you know what the file looks like once we begin.
Your exact list depends on your nationality and who you are including. I confirm it for you in writing after the first call, so nothing is collected twice.
You never pay the full amount up front. Each stage is released only once the one before it has cleared.
No. The whole process is handled remotely, and there is no residency requirement before or after approval. Plenty of citizens have never set foot there.
Vanuatu itself permits dual citizenship. Whether your own country does is the part to check, and it is one of the first things I look at with you — some countries restrict it, and that changes the advice.
For 2026 the government donation is $130,000 for a single applicant and $170,000 for a family of four. It is paid in stages: $5,000 first for FIU clearance, then 25% when your documents are filed, and the remaining 75% once the application is approved.
Typically 60 to 90 days from a complete file. The first seven working days go to FIU clearance; the rest depends mainly on how quickly your documents come together.
A spouse and dependent children can go on a single application. We work out the right structure during the assessment so nobody is left to apply separately later.
This is exactly what the FIU clearance stage at the start is for — it surfaces a problem before the larger payments are made. I will tell you plainly if I think a file is unlikely to pass.
Visa-free lists are set by each destination country and they change, so I would rather give you the current position for the countries you actually travel to than publish a list here that ages. Ask me on WhatsApp and I will go through it with you.
The cost, the documents and the process, each on its own page — and who Zam Zam Citizenship is.
Message me directly and I'll tell you honestly whether Vanuatu citizenship makes sense for your family. No pressure, and no cost for the conversation.
